1. Terms & Conditions:

This User Agreement for Auction-Based platform ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of www.jnauctionhouse.site. Before registering to use this Site, submitting a bid for products listed on this Site, or otherwise accessing information from this Site, please carefully read this Agreement. The terms "members" and "users" shall refer to both buyers and sellers registered at J&NAuctionhouse.

To participate in any auctions, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. Sellers' Policies and Rules:

A. Selling:

You must be 18 years or older to become a seller on J&NAuctionhouse. J&N AuctionHouse reserves the right to remove any items, cancel invalid accounts and stores, and to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

B: Listing:

General Rules

1. When J&NAuctionhouse accepts a listing on this Site, it does so without exclusivity. Sellers are permitted to sell such a listed item on its own after paying all applicable listing fees.

2. Once an item is sold, the seller is obligated to pay J&NAuctionhouse the applicable current sales commission.

3. The listing may include text descriptions, graphics, and other content relevant to the sale of the item. J&NAuctionhouse, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate any listing without notice.

4. By listing an item, you agree to comply with the item being listed, and the information provided complies with J&NAuctionhouse policies, and that you may legally sell the item.

5. The item description should be clear, accurate, and detailed.

6. Each listing must accurately and completely describe the item(s) for sale.

7. Listings that do not comply with J&NAuctionhouse policies may be removed without notice.

8. Members who do not comply with J&NAuctionhouse policies may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination.

4. Auction Process

• Bidding: When you place a bid, you are offering to purchase the item at the price of your bid, subject to any applicable terms and conditions of the auction. Once the auction ends, the highest bid wins the item, and a legally binding contract is formed between the winning bidder and the seller.

• Reserve Price: Some items may have a reserve price. If the highest bid does not meet the reserve price, the item will not be sold.

• Bid Withdrawal: Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed. You must review your bid carefully before submitting it.

5. Auction Ending and Winner Notification

The auction will end at the specified closing time. The highest bid at the time of the auction's close will be declared the winning bid. You will be notified by email or through your account if you win an auction. You are obligated to pay for the item as per the winning bid.

6. Payment

• Payment Terms: All payments must be made promptly after the auction ends. Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website.

• Non-Payment: Failure to pay within the designated time frame may result in penalties, including but not limited to the cancellation of the transaction, and may be subject to a non-payment fee.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are typically calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the item. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

• Delivery Time: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must accurately describe the items they list for auction, including condition, authenticity, and any relevant details. By listing an item, the seller agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder and fulfill the transaction once the auction concludes.

Sellers are responsible for the packaging and shipment of sold items.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

• Item Condition: Buyers acknowledge that items are auctioned "as is," and they are responsible for inspecting the description and images provided for each item.

• Return Policy: Unless otherwise stated, returns or refunds are not accepted. Please ensure you are satisfied with the item description before bidding.

10. Prohibited Activities

By using JN Auction House, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or place bids with no intention to pay.

• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

• Interfere with the operation of the site or disrupt the bidding process.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on JN Auction House, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability
